anyone wanna help me out w/the phatbox install?

thanks for everyone's input
just to sum it up, here's what i did (in the order i did it)
1. downloaded the software onto my computer
2. hooked up the cradle
3. inserted cartridge into cradle
4. was successfully able to add new mp3s onto the cartrdige.
5. next morning, i remove the cd changer
6. insert the cartridge into the unit
7. plug the cable to the prewired cable in the car
8. waited for lights to come on (as per instructions)
9. nothing happened so repeated the steps, but with no success.....i even tried turing the car on and hitting 'cdc' on the head unit. nothing happens when i hit 'cdc'.
10. inserted the cartridge back into the cradle and made sure it was programmed for the correct car.
11. updated the firmware for the audi (ver 7.02....or something like that)
12. found instructions to configure the head unit in the car
13. i have the symphony radio......but since nothing happens when i hit 'cdc', i couldn't do any config stuff.
lemme know if i missed anything. thanks.
