Default Audi Dealer experiences

I am looking for information on Audi dealer service experiences. I am on my second Audi now, and have had service performed at Audi of Nashua and Herb Chambers (when it was Pass $ Weisz).

My big issue is that when ever I bring my Audi in for NON schedule mantainance, they need to order parts and I need to make another appointment to have the work completed. Is this the same with all dealerships?

Where are you located and are you still under warranty?

Default Depends on the car and the part.....

common parts for A3's and A4's for instance, may be kept in stock at most dealers. You can bet, however, that most RS4 parts are not. Just goes with the territory when owning an exclusive vehicle.

Default Yes. though many can get the parts overnight and some will place you in a loaner until then. give

Burlington another chance (I personally recommend Tim there), or try Stratham Audi if that's easier for you. Both also offer loaners.

Southern NH, CPO'd 2005 A6. I always get a loaner in Nashua, people are nice, just frustrating. I had outside door lock (w/advanced key) stop working. They needed to order the part. Most recently I had an air bag light go on. Need rear seat belt tensioner replaced, order part. It was similar with my A4. Just wondering if it was common practice.

Default My local dealer (Morong) has been pretty good so far. All

the parts, we've had to order, such as a air vent and an air compressor came in overnight, and were installed the next day. Turn around time on most things is ~24 hours.
