What a scene. Living in maine, Falmouth of all towns we are stuch with Morong. Moron's, Ma$#!7, Yougottabeamorontogohere's, you get it now... Bought an 00 A6 2.8 there in 02, and have learned our lesson... or have we... First major encounter was that we had a minor accident, and went where to repair the rear bumper? Morong. While being 2 and a half weeks late making the repair, they dented the FRONT bumper in the process.

After folding the seat onto an open cupholder, we needed a new set of cupholders. They charged us, despite the Audi Assured warranty, and they spent until APRIL 04 (1.5 year) ordering the parts. Wow. We even got a loaner without brakes. fun.

So in 12/03 we were very stupid and bought a $50k VW from them.... Went home to find holes drilled in the bumper for their vanity plate... converted that sucker to their proper name. Morons.

FF to the last occurances with them. Service for 72000 or somehting... Scraped rear end, broken license plate, and dent on front. Has still not been fixed. Charged USD2000 for 'warranty', and for a problem with the CV boot making the car un inspectable, it was not under the warranty we paid for, and was USD. 4500


If you know of another audi dealer tell me, but CLAIR is great, Maine for VW and Boston for Audi but for the small stuff, the guys at Autolab on Warren AVE in Portland are excellent! Better luck to all of you!
