Default Not in the Worcester or Norwood area but I recommend these two

One is on Rt 20 in Wayland, same building as Bentley Boston but in the back. Heritage Motorwerks, formerly Hatch & Sons. They work on MB exclusively and most of their techs are from area MB dealers so they have the training, etc. They shop also has all the Mercedes tools, systems, etc. They are owned by Herb Chambers BUT still operate independently (own labor rates, rules, etc). Ken Hatch (son of original Hatch & Son's founder) runs the service dept. Great guy and very knowledgeable.

Another one is European Auto Solutions. One of the previous employees from Hatch & Sons opened his own shop and is also MB only. Some of the techs from Hatch & Sons went along with him as well. Ed in service is who you should talk to.

They've got a <a href="http://www.virtualeas.com/" target="_blank">website</a>

I highly recommend these two shops

Default The Benz Den of course... 8)

Although it's in Belmont, the quality of work is worth the drive. It's also my favorite Audi Indy shop, as one of their guys has maintained my UrS exclusively for over 8 years... They know their stuff...

If you really really want closer to Worcester, try European Car Service in Northboro... 508-393-7777.. usually a wait list there,.. but they're good.

Good luck,<ul><li><a href="http://www.benzden.com/">http://www.benzden.com/</a</li></ul>
