Raise your hand if you have gone to Direct Tire in Norwood for a wheel alignment?

I am considering going there rather than Clair for a long overdue wheel alignment.

I went there for an alignment and a roadforce balance just over a week ago, but they found a loose upper control arm so I skipped the alignment. I will bring it back there for an alignment, though.
The thing about bringing it to Direct Tire as opposed to the dealer is that Direct Tire has experience with aligning these cars after they've been dropped. Clair is great at aligning Audis with stock suspension.

I was just at the one in Watertown on Friday, and they were great. They aligned the car to my specs, and even had to mess with some suspension pieces while they were at it.

I was at a Sears Auto a couple weeks ago with my wife's car and figured I'd get an alignment done while I was there. They told me that they can't do it, requires a special tool that Audi hasn't released yet.

I forget, one time they got me it was over $4k, the next time they did a better job and it was only about $2500.
