WTF. I bought my car at Clair, have had every service and oil change done except for the last one..
done there and I get nothing. I guess they figure that since I am a regular customer that I don't need to be enticed by the coupon. Well think again Clair.... unless I get one in the mail soon I will consider taking my car elsewhere for servicing.

I bailed 2.5 years ago when CPO ended..
And since they reopened in Westwood, I've gotten 4 voicemails/service reminders/ "try out our new service dept" calls.
After the timing belt in 2004 as my CPO was ending, I knew it was time for briansgarage from then on. Maybe the parts dept.has a huge markup on a 75 buck plate frame I could use. Hehe
