Hi all...anyone have any info on how I can get car play on a 2015 a6? I have searched for threads on this topic but havent seen anyone post a successful insall on a US a6. Or do i need to install a Pioneer DVD option that has car play?

Also, is Audi Care worth the cost?

I would say perhaps ask a local Audi dealership and see if they can upgrade your MMI system or if you’d need a replacement system from one of the newer models.

I just got the First Canadian Protection Plan on mine, the ultimate care package for the next 5 years.

the Audi After Care in Canada quoted me for almost 2-3k over the price of the other one and didn’t offer anything extra.

Just purchased a 2015 A6 as well. I immediately asked the same question… my infotainment system is much slower than I expected. Low quality in comparison to the 2015 BMW 535xi I came from. I’m taking it to an Audi dealer near me Wednesday and will let you know what they say.

did they give you any info on the infotainment system?

My dealer said there are some things you can do but suggested not to mess with it unless you change out everything. He said the processor can only handle what it’s currently running, so you might do more harm than help.

damn, would be nice to change a few things around, mines been glitching refused to even plan songs on my iPod it’s just doing its own thing now.
