You might want to post this in the A6 C7 specific forum. It's more likely to get a response there. Also post where you are located. Some major differences between countries, i.e., N America, Europe, etc. When I was active on the A6 C7 forum (long time ago, as I sold my A6 5 years ago), I recall seeing this problem posted there.
