Cannot create acct on Audi Connect App
New A4 owner, who quickly lost that new car glow due to lack of customer support.
Unable to create an account on the Audi Connect app. Keep receiving an error message (R:8ahnc-e:webfvm.2-500). Dealership unable to resolve and had me call the 877 5052834 Help line. Waited on Hold twice for 45 minutes. On-line Chat has been non-responsive. Now cannot reach my Audi Gwinnett salesman.
Need Someone from Audi to contact me to assist in creating an AudiConnect account so I can hide the start up screen on the MMI touch screen.
