Default Help! Extremely unusual P2181/P1889/P2099

Hello all, am at wits end for this issue and considering this to be last Audi as they don’t learn sometimes. Looking for some help before I lose the car and dump it with negative equity. 2014 Audi A6 2.0t with 71k , buy it from the dealer used and a week later. It starts taking forever to reach operating temp and then drops while driving, CEL comes on after fan starts blowing loud. throws P20181 Coolant Performance Code, which 99.9 percent of the time Is the coolant thermostat, coolant sensor or the water pump itself. Like a dummy in for getting me 100,000 mile extended warranty on the water pump, took it to the Indy shop and put in a aftermarket aluminum graft water pump with obviously a new thermostat and sensor. Seems to solve the issue, next day it’s doing the same thing. Ended up replacing the heater valve after throwing P1889 Coolant shut off valve short circuit to ground , which was supposedly recommended by an Audi tech, seemed like it worked for a day and then same issue again. And then Indy pulled wiring harness apart and observed coolant intrusion not at the beginning of the wire harness but at the end of it, they supposedly ran new wires (T17i) to the N82 valve. In the shop said that I would need a new climatic control module? Maybe someone can verify if a coolant issue can even be related to that.

Finally took it to dealer they denied the extended warranty because of the Graf even though they already replaced a recent factory OEM pump two years ago, then they refused to work on it and gave me the car back. Then one OBD showed a Under-boost P0299 code. Car runs fine elsewhere and when OBD is reset will “work” for short period of time.

Anyone have any other possible ideas on the Coolant issue and if the under boost issue could be related maybe to due rpm so high due to cold engine constantly,I’m convinced it’s not the pump at all. Please help!!
