Anybody gotten money back for pothole damage? What was the process?

havn't done it but heard it's pretty much near impossible.
the city needs to already admit knowledge of the problem that caused it (pot hole, uneven pavement, etc) by doing so they admit fault and ur on easy street. if they had no idea about the damage then u can either walk away...or fight hard and long and maybe they'll just pay you to leave.
$100 to fix the bend is cheap compared to the work ur about to put in.
