Code 16795?
Hi all,
Please help if you can, I have a 98.5 2.8Q with 110k miles on it. A few months ago, my check engine light came on, and it has been on and off since.. (stays on for about 1-2 week, and off for 3 days, and repeat itself all over again)..
Can someone please help me on this matter..? I was told to check for vaccum lines.. but, i am not sure where to check.. also, i already did the factory recall thing, but, still CEL.

hmmm - several things comes to mind on this one..
1) are you using cheap gas?
2) check your gas cap and make sure it is not cracked
3) did you have your fuel pump/ filter replaced?
4) could be a hose leak behind the O2 sensor
5) WHAT ARE YOU DOING DRIVING AROUND WITH A CEL THAT STAYS ON 1-2 WEEKS?!

to answer your questions:
1). no, i use mostly 91 gas
2). gas cap was replaced within 8 month
3). new fuel filter within 12 months
4). not sure......
5). well, that is why i am trying to figure out wha the problem is....

After extensive research on the "16795 - Secondary Air Injection system, Incorrect flow Detected"
it seems like i need to check for "lose or crack" hoses and combination valve, before replacing the 2ndary airpump...
Can someone please post a picture or show me where is the combination valve?
I live and work close to San Jose/Sunnyvale,, please help Thanks!
