Magic Touch Car Wash in Stevens Creek broke clip for the air vent!
Last weekend, my fiance, my mother and I went shopping with my mom's car(S430) and I decided to get a car wash at Magic Touch Car Wash in Stevens Creek.
I think I went there maybe 10 to 15 times to get car washed for the past couple of years.
Prevous experience I never had a problem, but last weekend after car wash has been done, I get into my car and I see a piece of plastic sitting on the floor mat.

So I called the manager calmly, and after couple of mins of coversation she started to yell at us. She basically said we did not break this...blahblah, and I said how come this thing was on the floor mat? C'mon everyone knows how this thing works...before you get car washed they vacumm your car then clean the exterior then interior...if it was broken already it should've been gone when they vacummed it.

If this manager handled this case professionaly I wouldn't even bother posting this kind of things, however she was yelling at us, and gave us bad attitude it really pissed me off.
I just hope nobody else will face this kind of experince from that location.

well, i'd make sure the owner knew she was a liability. not recommending the place to anyone
and will talk **** about it from here on to anyone i know who wants to go there. i'll support you.

That's almost as bad as the place that shut the hood with the Rod still holding it.
On my friends Honda... they creased the hood big time, and then said "nah, it was LIKE that". B.S. The Hood wouldn't even SHUT!
