Default Don't know about sales, but for service, Livermore Audi is the best

You can e-mail me about details, but their service is unbeatable.

I vote Sonnen - "Walt" did an outstanding job at the best price in the bay. It's worth the drive.

Default Yes, I have feedback - I live in PA, when I asked Carlsen to match the Sonnen price, he laughed.

He said.."we don't sell that car at that price here.." They are proud at Carlsen, so proud that I had to drive to Marin to get a good deal.

Screw them, that's my two cents.

It's no wonder they gave you good service - you paid MSRP!

Default I've had service at Carlsen twice

In the past 10 years. No way ever again.

My A4 I bought at Rector and had it serviced at AB with never any issues, even got loaner cars from them even though I didn't buy there...

Carlsen sucks-- but Christopher Bearman is a great guy to deal with if buying.

I know of 3 (myself included) different audi owners that would disagree about Livermore's service.

Skip Carlsen. Go to Rector & ask for Hector. I deal w/ Kevin now w/ no probs either.

Default I recommend Rector in Burlingame.

I bought an '01 4.2 from Carlsen. Awful on pricing. I almost walked on the deal and the subsequent follow up was so bad that I have not been back since the day I drove off the lot...though my sales guy is now gone.

I had all of my service on that car done at Rector and have been very happy with them. Happy enough to have subsequently bought another Audi from them...even though I live in Oakland and it's quite a drive for service. (BTW the Oakland dealer: absolutely the worst ever...I try not to go there even to just look...simply awful...)
