Riffing on a theme.
Thought I would make a big pot of chicken soup today so to keep it real I hopped on my bike to ride to the Mission and buy my produce and fixin's from the markets there. In front of the indie Ferrari shop on 17th there's a slightly modded flat bed with a trailer attached. On the driver's door it says "Due to the high cost of hot rodding, the driver carries no cash"
I LOL'd.
Riffing on the "Got Milk" theme is tre lame but when you can work up something fresh with something else is pretty cool.

Normally I roast it on a rotisserie but that is broken for the moment..
So I put the whole chicken in water and made some stock...my little extra I do is roast finely cut garlic til it's good and brown and then put it in at the end.

ooh man that sounds good. my smoked chiki pic ftw. I don't really like smoked chicken for soup . ..
but oh well . . .
