1/14/06 - CT/NY Audi Group Winter Gathering - EPL, Stratford, CT
The CT/NY Audi Group will have a Winter Gathering on Saturday, January 14th in Stratford, CT.
The event will take place at European Performance Labs, at their new location in Stratford, CT, easily accessible off of I-95.
The owner, Tony Chick, has been custom tuning Volkswagens and Audis for many years now. He has become quite popular with his custom tuning of setups which fall outside of the pre-packaged tuner kits. Two and a half years ago, Tony took 1st place in the first <a href="http://www.europeancarweb.com/18tchallenge/0312ec_challenge/" target="_blank">"European Car 1.8T Challenge"</a> when tuning his own car. Since then, he has expanded his knowledge, software tools, and electronic hardware tools. He recently purchased a Mustang AWD-500-SE all-wheel-drive Dyno and outgrew his previous shop location.
Jan 14th will be a casual day, with a general Meet and Greet of enthusiasts. EPL will provide refreshments, Q&A on custom chip tuning and hands-on demonstration of how a load bearing dyno functions.
There will also be a raffle for a 3-pull dyno session. Details to follow on this.
Exact times and more details to follow.
For more info on the CT/NY Audi Group, please check out:

Details will be updated on our site, and posted to the Audi forums. I will also put all updates into one post on the AW Events forum, so you can bookmark/track that if you desire. Here's a link to that post:

Hope to see many of you after the Holidays.

he is referring to the fact that you are posting a dyno day for the CT/NY group when this is
NY/NJ/CT forum, hence the tri-state area. In other words show some love for the Jerz man!

"An Audi car club" is having an event at EPL....
that car club's name just happens to be "CT/NY Audi Group".
The group was created because at the time there was already the "NYC Metro Area Audi Group" that operated in Northern NJ / NYC, and the "Northeast Audi Group" that operated near Boston. The "CT/NY Audi Group" filled the need that existed in between.
People from any state are welcome, of course.
The shop has nothing to do with the name of the car club, nor the name of this forum.
It's not an event for just Connecticut and New York.
Gimme a break.
