really?
a friend who is also my audi tech recently left riverside to go here. he called to let me know, i never heard of them before, and its a lil ride from nyc to englewood. i was wondering if its worth following or just do business with a new/closer dealer... any recommendations on other dealers??? (two closest dealers to me are two that get poor reviews on here Zumbach and Biener)

my family has had 5 cars from there....
they left my fathers a6 sitting for months, my mother has been in 2-3 times for the same transmission problem. They don't call back and the head service lady often just sounds rude. There serivce has been awful for years and you really can't buy and audi that you cant' get warrenty service done on.

definately not a problem... he does side work as well...
however going by some of these reviews im not sure im going to go there...
