Default Are you guys currently members of the ACNA?

The Chapter that currently covers all of NY State is the North East Quattro club, or NEQ. They do run mostly track events, with a few social gatherings sprinkled in.

What are you looking to do? Gatherings, Driving Clinics? Track events?

The NEQ used to have NY, CT, VT, NH, ME, MA and RI, but they only have NY, CT and VT now as the remaining states split off to form the NAAC (North Atlantic Audi Club).

With that said, have you tried to get involved in your current ACNA chapter at all?

Default i don't really understand...

NEQ Chapter of ACNA runs events at LRP and WGI as well as Tim O'Neill's Rally School and Calaboogie & Mt. Tremblant.

North Atlantic Chapter has plenty of events too.

Apart from autocross on LI, what kind of events are you thinking about? Unless I'm mistaken I don't know of any road courses on LI for DE events. Would seem to me much easier to just join BMWCCA for $35 and go to their autocross events if that's what you're looking for.

Just out of curiosity have you been to an NEQ event? They're very well done and the guys are great if not. Happy to answer any questions for newbies. I was one a few years ago and have now done 15 +/- of their events.
