im goin to the beiner audi in great neck 2omorrow to service a problem i been having wit hthe abs and brake lights ....i was wondering how the service is over there ....i also wanted to know if anybody set up an appt on their website and showed up to the dealer and was on the service list without any problem . my first time goin over there since i bought my a4 there so i hope they are a good service provider . if anybody has any experince let me know

but that's just my experience..if you're under warranty, you'll probably be fine though.

if you're out of warranty, that short goofy man who runs the service department will annoy the crap outta you.
