Default Funny because it seems that most financial firms encourage paying performers

in the case of an investment bank the number one asset the bank has is intellectual talent. Thats why some banks invest more than 60% of gross revenues back into compensation, a lot of which at the higher levels is deferred in some fashion (through the use of options and compensation schemes).

Not that Im looking to discredit your story, just seems like a stupid move in the case of management
