jack daniels audi is the worst dealership on the face of the planet. They should be shut down.

thats how i feel about the one in fairlawn, i thought upper saddle river would be different.

Default They've been better to me than Riverside Audi, and about equal with Princeton Audi
All Audi dealers so far have been awful. Ray Catena dealerships are the best I've ever dealt with - too bad they don't sell Audi

Default upper saddle river is where the real problem is. They took out my car for joyrides, ate fast food in
it. When I went to go cancel my RS4 order they didnt even care and told me they would just find someone else to buy it. A bunch of a$$ clowns as a friend of mine would say.

Default what problems have you had with riverside?
and yes, catena is a great dealership. I work with them through one of my clients and the people there are great to work with.

Default They don't treat you like customers, they treat you like you are bothering them.
I actually don't remember anymore .. But I remember having a bad taste in my mouth about them the few times I have gone there. I thought about if I bought another Audi I wouldn't buy from them.
