They sent me the wrong rim 3 weeks ago. I returned it in the original box without even taking it out.

Last Wednesday they said they recieved it and they would refund me the entire amount.

Today, I recieve only a portion of what they charged me. (Thanks online banking).

I called them, they now claim that the rim I sent back was damaged and they gave me back what they did as an act of good will.

I really liked the part where I was cursed at by one of the employees right before he transferred me to no-one.

Oh well - I filed a claim with the BBB and my bank. Never again.
