Default Hardest fix of 2007? For me it was this little $1.00 o-ring

My secondary water pump went on my car. It was bad for a good while. I guess from the coolant sitting on the engine it rusted a little bit around this metal coolant tube. Around that tube where it goes into the block is a small o-ring.

where you see the paper towel in the hose is where the secondary water pump hooks up under the manifold.

<a href="http://s28.photobucket.com/albums/c243/ninjaed/Audi/?action=view¤t=pipe3.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i28.photobucket.com/albums/c243/ninjaed/Audi/pipe3.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

I had to pull the manifold like I was doing the secondary water pump AGAIN. Then I had to unbold 2 bolts and slide the metal tubes back. but they only moved about 1/4 of an inch if that. I had to use needle nose pliers and a thin screwdriver to work the o-ring back onto the metal tube. Not fun not easy by any means but I got it done.

Default Definite 2nd. Quit that crap cold turkey in October, haven't looked back since.

Felt weird first couple of weeks, but it's all good now.

2nd hardest fix was a $0.80 turbo inlet o-ring that ran me half a grand to take care of.

Biggest and baddest, 2 would be thieves trying to steal my car. Still @ the shop getting its treatment.

Default Car related: Taking my K04/FMIC/etc off my last car with the fron end wrecked

Overall hardest: stripping my road bike down to bare frame and rebuilding it trying to find the problem

Default For me it was installing the RS4 clutch pedal....

It must have taken me 90 or more minutes. I am 6'3" and it was not fun being a human contortionist trying to get that thing installed.

Default taking the driver side inlet out of my car unharmed

I had to literally bend the front frame rail back to stock location to get the inlet out.

the hardest is yet to come.....

dropping two motors in avant b5 s4's so i can swap out downpipes turbos, exhaust etc....
