my guess with the misfires is either the plugs or CPs.

If I unplug the MAF think the chip would run fine till i get a new maf?

Your actual and requested boost are pretty good, so it's not likely an intake leak causing a lean condition. Next likely suspect is the MAF.

The puzzling piece is the misfires on two cylinders. If it was across all 6, I might suggesting checking the vac line on the FPR...as a leak there would cause the misfires and lean condition. Since you only have random misfires on two cylinders, I'm inclined to think something else is going on there...maybe bad plugs.

And obviously one of your cats is on it's way out.
