Default I'm tired of SONY...

Their products are always overpriced and fighting with them over warranties is worse than AOA. This camcorder I bought is on the fritz, but they want me to troubleshoot everything with them on the phone as if I want to talk for hours about empty solutions. I think this picture should represent them nicely.

My IT guys HATE sony laptops, won't support them if people buy them.

My cousin has problems with his laptop every week whereas I told him I that i charge a fee now.

The Vaio is a nice product/package, but their support is the worst!

Default i recommend the extended warranty for items like camcorders.

i notice that they break easily. they have really bad laptops too. they're TVs are very good as far as my history with them.

Default That's because they outsourced to India...

HP tried to do the same, they screwed themselves and found their service ratings slipping, and switched back over here.

Default 2nd. It seems their audio/video components are top-notch...that's about it.

By video I mean televisions/media players (DVD, etc.).
