NE1 with good/bad experience with Toyo Proxes4 all season tires?

bad overall when it counts
counts meaning when there's any sign of frozen precipitation (snow, frozen rain, sleet, etc)...
Had them on my a4 and spend 2 MI winters with them...they're pretty slick and won't stop you for ****. They're also very noisy.
the contiextreme's I had afterwards were miles and miles ahead in terms of foul weather grip and noise.

I have them currently, only because they came on the car..I agree with Jeff
They dont stop you for **** in the snow, good in the rain though. Ive had to replace 2 fronts so far, around 250 per installed.

Wifes car gets dedicated summer/winter (not to mention better rubber)
Why go all season for the car the wife and kid are in most of the time? Precious cargo and all
My wife gets F1-GS-D3s (for maximum wet performance) on forged BBS for the summer and 3Ds in the winter.
