Default New Country Audi FINALLY can get my ABS controller replaced tomorrow, or so they say

I'll make this brief..

So on July 24th I tell New Country Audi my ABS is out. The 27th is the earliest they can inspect my car. They tell me 5-7 days for delivery of new ABS controller. On August 10th the part comes in (a week longer than expected). On August 9th I was told I could bring the car in on the 10th but the part might not be in so I reschedule for the 11th. On the 10th when they get the part they say that they can schedule me for August 23rd. I basically say that's B.S. so they say I can bring it on the 15th but no loaner. I call up service department again and tell the manager that I already had an appointment on the 11th which they apparently lost, and so finally I can get my car fixed on the 11th.

If I didn't work in Greenwich I would never go there again in my life and I'd rather go to the one in Bridgeport. Even though it's something like 10 miles farther north from Darien I'd probably choose the Bridgeport Audi from all the bull I've been put through. Similar stuff even happened the last time I needed something replaced.
