For some reason I do not seem to be making much progress... pffft. Move date is only a week away now... how lovely! That and I still don't have a contract on the new house... they are dragging their feet and making me worry.

The issue is that it is a bank owned house. So, we are not dealing with a seller and a realtor. We are dealing with a company (that is most likely trying to sell 9,999 other houses right now) and a realtor who svcks. My lawyer just wants to talk to theirs, but that just does not happen. We had to change the contract a few times now to cover us as my lawyer did not like the way things were written (they were pretty messed up in their terms).
