skip!! talk about cockroach problem. last time i was there, it was sooo bad that they

were giving their guests free meals. roaches were everywhere.

republic - it's more of a restaurant but they might have some type of happy hour

also has outdoor seating

One of my favorites is Sutton Place..but that's Midtown.

what about Bar 13? It has a roof deck. 13th and university.
