Service at Biener Audi?

Service at Biener Audi?
Hello, I have a question for anybody who has serviced their S4's at Biener Audi.
I purchased a used S4 in great condition about 4-1/2 months ago, and recently the service indicator message appeared on the information display.
So I called Biener Audi (the closest dealer to me) to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at. I gave them the info on my S4 and requested that an entire service maintenance checkup be performed (I have 36,500 miles).
The service rep said that a full checkup would cost about $630.00 since I do not have a warranty anymore (it's a 2000 S4).
The question is: Is this a bloated price for full service at 36,500 miles?
Thanks.

no more warranty already? that sucks, and thats definitely alot of money
for a service checkup. find out whats being done, if it isn't anything special, ppl usually recommend going with a euro shop somewhere else when u run out of warranty.

it should still be an audi assured if u bought it from an audi - other wise get an after market...
waranty to cover your ***.
As for the sevice - its pretty good there, i service my waranty stuff there - if you do decied to go there - ask for Johnathan Pizzo - he's the guy I deal with and gave me no trouble with mods. He replaced 4 control arms and some other suspension parts, knowing that I have aftermarket springs and shocks.

Re: Service at Biener Audi?
That sounds a bit pricey to me... I'd try Werner at WMB European Motor Cars. He's 1/4 mile from the Huntington Train Station on Broadway (631-549-9608).
Does only European cars and he's the only one I trust with my S4.

Biener is by far the WORST dealer ive ever been to. (long)
Ive had horrible experiences with a couple dealers in the NYCMetro area, but Biener was by far the worst! They really do treat you like crap. They seem to have this young fat *** at the service counter that thinks hes God, and loves making you pay for whatever you dont need. I went in for a simple problem that took them all of 3 minsutes to diagnose and another 5 to fix. They charged me $120 just to poke their fingers around for less than 10 mins. Then tried telling me I needed a new airbag for my drivers side seat because the connector was corroded by moisture. (the tech at least cleaned the connector and seemed to fix the problem) but this assbag was still trying to push a new $700 airbag + labor for install. It seems that they do treat you like **** if you dont buy from them because he flat out ask me if i bought from them...Audi needs to put a muzzle on alot of its dealers doing this! also their labor rate is by far the worst ive ever seen, and they seem to be booked weeks in advance..fvck that! I found my dream dealer for service i will never go anywhere else, Beiner can goto hell!

Just my experience with Biener Audi.
I bought my A6 Avant from them, their service level last year was rated at best as "decent". BUT, this year, for whatever reason, they improved their service a LOT, I would even rate them at least a "Good" if not an "Excellent".
They made a call to me to let me know the parts that I need is now in their shop so that I can bring the car over. Loaner was provided (A4 1.8T). Followup call was also made to make sure everything is fine with the car also. Not much for me to complain about.
The service director that I dealt with was John Pizzo.
Your mileage might varies though. Good luck.
