Default Clean that up ASAP.
It's basically acid, and it will etch the paint given a little time.

Default dont take it personally...some fool was just really drunk....
i'd clean it up ASAP...stomach contects are acidic enouugh to eat through clearcoat...

Default yup I cleaned it last night as soon as I got home!
although the soap, water, throwup mixture started slushin up in the cold. Started to get nasty.
