Default do some pushups and get back on it.

try some of your mom's dishwashing gloves or latex gloves....sandpaper will help too.

Default you honestly just have to keep at it...my last oil change last month..

I couldn't get the thing to budge. I took a 15 min rest...went back to it...and finally was able to twist it off. I doubt you'd wanna make a trip to R&S or pepboys, but my cuz has some oil wrench that works wonders. It grabs like a regular wrench. Makes life so much easier.

Default which way are you accessing the filter?

You can remove the 2-3 screws holding the Coolant reservoir....and get better access that way.
