last night driving on the PIP heading towards Tappan, NY. theres that downhill then a u-turn, my radar detector went off so i assumed he was hiding there, but it stopped so after the uturn i sped back up to about 65-70ish to pass some guy and went back to right lane. next thing i know, hes pulling me over. he says 'you slowed down by the u-turn', 'what is that thing on ur windhsield for' (the radar), and said i was going 82!!! in a 50. he comes back to the car with a ticket for the speeding, and another for 'obstruction of view' for the radar that is mounted so low on my dash its impossible to block anything. but best of all, he knew i had a radar so he stopped that and the ticket says, speed verified by 'pace'. since when do they print out supporting depositions on the scene as well?

anyone got some good ideas? court is orangetown. i heard to get judge ramsey or something of that name? Officer was S Yadali, badge number 0556 NYS Trooper. any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

i try not to speed on palisades parkway. I can't believe the cop was giving you a hard time about your V1. I have mine besides the rear view mirror.
As far as orangetown is.. i think they're pretty tough. They write a lot of tickets on 303.
