I have a car I wasn't driving and I took the insurance off of . It's been quite some time and I'd like to get it back on the road again . I'm really confused on this how do I go about this. I have not turned the plates in ones lost. I don't know how to go about this do I just go with the title to the DMV and say I need it registered or are they gonna ask me crap because the titles already switched into my name . I'm familiar with registering things like when I buy them and get the title transferred into my name and all that but what do I do I'm unsure if it's still registered I'd say its been a few months after I canceled the insurance . I'm gonna need plates what do I do
