The Toure De Whidbey, scheduled for Saturday May 7, 2011 will be a family fun event showcasing Whidbey Island, the 2nd largest island in the contiguous US, and the longest island on the west coast of the US. The drive highlights the history of Puget Sound (named after Lt. Peter Puget) and Whidbey Island (named after Joseph Whidbey). Both men were members of Capt George Vancouver's 1792 expedition.

This event signifies the start of the 2011 Audi Club Toure season, and will feature the Mukilteo Lighthouse, a ferry ride, ocean views, Greenbank Farm, Ft. Casey State Park, Admiralty Head Lighthouse, Deception Pass State Park, and Deception Pass bridge. The event is a casual driving day on 50 mile long Whidbey Island, with a few twisty roads through Skagit county before ending with dinner in Marysville.
