something to the effect , no citations shall be issue based on a stationary device. What I'm trying to say is the cop has to be on patrol, moving. They can't lurk under a overpass, behind a billboard etc.
It's 2007 and we are be forced to travel at speeds deemed "safe" in the 1950's. How safe was a 1934 Ford traveling 65 MPH ? With the technological advances in automotive engineering a 70 MPH limit statewide is ludicrous.
We need to establish stricter testing for automobile licensing demonstrating the drvivers awareness off stopping distances relative to speed and road conditions. The importance of maintaining a safe vehicle, and a zero tolerance for drinking and driving. Maybe better educated drivers would be safer drivers.
In central and eastern Wa, there are many stretches of I-82 and I-90 that should have 80 MPH limits.
Accidents may go up, but I'd wager the at fault driver was an accident waiting to happen anyway.

My rant is over.

of fatal crashes, only that speed was involved in 1/3 of all fatal crashes. Furthermore, the important detail of HOW speed was involved with the fatal crashes, is not revealed on purpose.
Misused distortions of vague, out of context statistical data, as in the claim above, is the red flag that the claims made are actually propaganda to obscure the facts. The speed enforcement industry is a huge cash cow for local and regional governments. If each driver receiving a ticket for basic speed infraction, demanded a trial to force the prosecution to prove the charge, instead of just rolling over and paying, the viability and economic incentive for governments to foist this scam on the motoring public would disappear immediately.

Any legit laser jammer can jam that lazy *** cop sitting on the chair on the bridge with his ProLaser 3,even the blinder. The ProLaser 3 is the easiest laser gun to jam even for the blinder. If you want your blinder embarrassed and exploited try it out against the UltraLyte 20/20 or Stalker. Anytime you want to see a real laser jammer hit me up and I can get you hooked up. I'm sorry if I came off hard about blinder's but blinders are a waste of $$ and have produce very, very long punch thru's, which is bad for you.
