Default Anyone have a 1996 A4 in Seattle?
I just purchased a '96 A4 that didn't come with any remote lock/unlock fob. I know I can order one but before I do that I would like to see if the system works. Would anyone in the Seattle area that has one of those fobs be willing to meet me and let me test it on my car? Or have an extra fob that you'd sell me?

I love the fobs that open every other Audi.

Of course, I would have to program it to my Audi and then program it back when finished...

Default Check to see if you have this box under the rear seat.
A lot of 96's don't have remote locking.<ul><li><a href="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/37725/remotetop.jpg">Remote box</a></li></ul>
