Default ATTN detailing forum:

Since this is basically the detailing forum now, how 'bout a rundown of favorite products? I've personally been pretty impressed with Zaino (I don't think I've ever seen Shaun's S4 dirty). I still have a bunch of Adam's I bought and it seems ok(what happened to Adams?), but also been very impressed with all meguiers products. Never had experience with Menzerna which seems to be the new flavor of the week. What are everyone's thoughts?

Default Menzerna and Klasse for the synthetic route

hands down... but unless it's applied by machine, it's pointless by hand.

P21S or Pinnacle for the carnauba waxes.

Zaino is great, but be prepared to work all day and by hand. They do not make a heavy cut polish or compound, so you'll have to look elsewhere for that.

Check out www.properautocare.com... they carry some of the higher end products with reviews and such.

We use Menzerna, Klasse, 3M, Adam's... menzerna is the most favored for it's Brilliance, gloss, durability and usability.

We will be performing a detailing product shoot out in the next 6 months.. keep your eyes open.

Default lol.menzerna. key is prep work the more you put in the more you will get out of it.

that is what sets mirrorworks appart from 99.99% of the other detailer/shops in town. They will match a product line to your maintence needs and budget. if you listen you will have a car that looks in the top 1% year round.

Default Well, I think that getting more out of what you put in is general common sense.

I was specifically looking for product info and not trying to make another plug for mirrorworks (they have plenty already). Jin did answer most of what I was looking for though.

Default I see what your saying but you will find a huge lack of comomon sense in car care

Depends on what you are looking for High gloss and longevitiy or deep warm inviting wet look. You can find a happy medium between the two but there are trade offs. It wasn't so much as a plug for mirror works as it was a plug for discussing what you want out of the detail.

3m,PB-Adams,Menzerna, Klasse, Jeff Werkstatt will all provide excelent results.
