Try posting this on the forum specific to your car and I bet you get some good responses
You don't mention model so it's tough to help but the first thing that needs to be checked is whether you have power at the mirror.

Did you get the replacement from dealer? Is the instruction on owner's manual?

Mine came from ECS Tuning, but you should check the dealer.
The install is very quick, so they may not charge you much to handle it.
If you decide to do it yourself, ECS tuning sells them, and you should also check with carson@riversideaudi.com
