Default Good Lord, any of you Eastside folks "Met the man" at Dixie's BBQ?

The single hottest hot sauce I've ever had. The owner lets you try the sauce by dipping the end of a toothpick in the sauce and I was STILL in serious pain for a good 15 minutes, and I grew up on Buffalo wings.

Hell yeah...I remember Dixies back when it was Porters Automotive and they were still repairing cars in the bays. I do not touch "the man". The pain on exit is worse than the pain on entry :-)

Default maybe i got a weak batch

i didn't think it was so bad, besides a distinct lack of flavor.

when i mixed up the "real hot" and "DAMN hot" bottles of sauce at Milt's and layed it on heavy, it did a lot more damage than Dixie's

Default ^ Wouldn't expect that kind of intelligent response from a Nogaro driver. ;)

But I agree 100%, Dixie's is all about the show (heat).
