Where did the shaft nut go?? Wedge into the intercooler!

From what we can see, it appears that maybe the turbo was not balanced correctly from the factory..vibrating the shaft nut off, and well...you can see what happened after that..Sending it in for evaluation.

There was locktite on the nut...you can still see it on the shaft (green)

Actually it's the wheel hitting the wall that spins the nut off, not the other way around.

Default I know the sound of that scenario far better than I would like.

When the replacement set of turblows started whistling I decided to lead a life of normally aspirated motoring.
