i think there were a few diff 15 inch ones from 96 to 01

These are definitely 15:

Default my A4 has some other audi OEM wheels that i see now and then

first are 15, second wheel (swing) are 16

Default yeah, those were pretty standard for most 2.8's... And they are 16's.

not all were 16's. i have the fives in 15" OEM
