IMHO running 19s on a B5 has the same performance benefit as slamming the car...
Hey I'm one to talk have you seen how low my car is? Don't let me get you so riled up :P
But I'd argue that lowering the car does have some benefits... Last time I checked every B5 race car I've seen was "Slammed" including PatSoCals and the old B5 Champion cars. But you'll never see a b5 racing on 19s :P
