Default True, but racing in the snow is not all that much fun on summer tires.
My last snow race was in a 450lb kart with 85 hp and rear wheel drive. Now that's exciting! I made it about 10 minutes around SIR before my gloves and helmet froze over.

When he gave me the card, he said it would be about 3 weeks to have them up on his site. That'll be the long wait...
