So an intresting thing happened today.... Wife was just called by a MS recruiter.
Hmm I wonder what they are offering. What kind of packages and options do they have?
For reference she is a VP of Professional Practice Group at WAMU.

LOL Professional practice is
internal audit. The goal is to bring Wamu's internal audit department into Best in class and best practices criteria.

I don't know if she would consider leaving. We have a considerable amount of stock vesting, and even more being given, this year. it would have to be one hell of an offer.

VP at Wamu is likely around a senior level Manager at MS based on what I've seen - maybe Director
It's all about the level at MS, but even then, there's a lot of wiggle room in salary range.
