Default that puts you at 79mph on I-90 east of Issaquah
In my experience that will get you pulled over all across the state. Especially since 79 indicated could be several ticks higher depending on your speedo error.

76 or 77 is what I stick with for cruising.

$300 legal fee once in a while is totally worth it. Except Grant County. That place is evil for the speed addicted...

Default One of them got in trouble for running Oregon plates
A month or so back one of the Troopers got in trouble because he was running Oregon civilian plates on his WSP Charger, in order to further fool people. It was all over the news.
As far as I know the guy that complained still got the ticket but was going too fight it.
