Default What bank do you use and why?

Really getting annoyed with Bank of America's crappy online services. I'd have no problem if they finally moved the WA and ID accounts onto the national system, but since they can't seem to get around to it, I'm stuck with **** service.

So, what bank do you use and what are some of the online features that you like?

Services I'd like:
- Bank mails checks cut online, free of charge
- Accessing tax forms - I can't believe my 1099 isn't available online. FU BofA.
- Bill Pay
- SMS alerts
- iPhone App

Default I use GHCU.org. No advertisements. fast web pages.

I like it. Been using it for awhile. (15+ years?)

I use none of the features you do, so I have no clue.

Default ING is excellent

GF and I have a joint account there and I have been extremely impressed with their customer service and general acct management tools.

I'd switch to them for everything, but I'd like to have an account at a bank that has a decent number of physical locations as well as ATMs. I don't use cash much, but I hate paying a fee to get it. Also nice to be able to walk into a branch and talk to a manager in person if I ever need to.

Default I'm sure WaMu loved that

I actually think I have an etrade account, at least I hope I still do. Opened one in college and bought some Lucent stock. Terrible decision and soon the value was below their no mgmt fee threshold. I'm guessing they closed my account when the management fees exceeded the value of the stock.

Default BOA issued WaMu paychecks, so id get them in my account instantly...

i started using etrade for day trading and then started using their banking. Been happy with it so far. Lots of little cool things like being able to use any ATM without a BS fee...
