YES! I love that color! Early B5's had the best choices. So hot.

It is indeed a one-owner car, picked up at auction. It came from California, but has a few "issues". A buddy of mine saw it early on, and went down to drive it. Since he didn't know much about Audis, he had it taken to Matrix for a pre-inspection. They found, among other things: Leaking steering rack, control arm issues, driveline vibration, and the clutch seemed high to them, possibly indicating a needed clutch job. No proof of timing belt either, so you should add that cost to the car right off the bat.

The car is really nicely optioned, and the color is really rare (and I like it). I considered getting the car despite the work it needs, but decided I already have a few too many.

I bet if you asked nice, Matrix might provide the info on their inspection if you are truly interested.
