The weight you cut by going with titanium is so small in the grand scheme, its not worth it. Al isn't that massive, and is cheaper than Ti...You won't offset adding a heavier IC by using Ti for your piping.

1.5" will be about the max you could do without any major surgery....

2" will fit with no problem

At least 2"....
and no more than 2.5" for a K04. You don't want to get too crazy with the size. Stick with 2" piping.
I've got a 3" that will be going behind an S4 bumper. Initial measuring says it will fit, but I haven't actually tried to put it in yet. I'll get in there somehow
