Default how were you planning on connecting the pipes to the ic?...

titanium won't weld to aluminium.

The weight you cut by going with titanium is so small in the grand scheme, its not worth it. Al isn't that massive, and is cheaper than Ti...You won't offset adding a heavier IC by using Ti for your piping.

Default 1.5" will be about the max you could do without any major surgery....

Default 2" will fit with no problem

this will fill the gap of an S4 bumper

but the top/bottom design is "optimum"

Default At least 2"....

and no more than 2.5" for a K04. You don't want to get too crazy with the size. Stick with 2" piping.

I've got a 3" that will be going behind an S4 bumper. Initial measuring says it will fit, but I haven't actually tried to put it in yet. I'll get in there somehow

Default Re: At least 2"....

a 3" will fit behind an S4 bumper, but you'll most likely have to trim some of bottom of the bumper support, depending on the height of the core and it's placement.

Default I've already done some hacking to the bumper

I don't think I'll need to cut into the bumper support, the core is only about 6" high.
