2000 A4 q tip with supercharger G2..will larger injectors increase HP?

Depends, do you run lean at WOT? If not, bigger injectors will not help . . .
The ECU mapping is the biggest factor, everything else gets orchestrated from that.
For example, the A4 12v's MMS411 ECU is notoriously stingy when you go WOT. Thus, going from 2-hole to 4-hole injectors (even if the cc/min only differs marginally) makes a big difference as does adding a air/fuel ratio calibrator that has a throttle position sensor to trick the ECU into increasing the spray duration on WOT.
You need to figure out your air/fuel ratios over the entire RPM band before you begin playing with larger injectors. An electronic solution or simply going from 2-hole to 4-hole injectors of a similar cc/min may help with whatever problems you may have getting the most out of your Supercharger.

try asking on the supercharged audi website, not sure off the top of my head what the address is...
but a quick search will give you the site.
also, I know 4rings who has a G1 is running stock B5 S4 injectors and is running better than with the rc injectors he originally had from the charger
